Return and Refund Policy
At Billiard Pool Table Pro, your satisfaction is our priority. We understand that buying billiard tables and accessories online requires confidence. That’s why we’ve designed a clear, customer-friendly return and refund policy.
1. Return Window
You have 30 calendar days from the date of delivery to return eligible products. After this period, we unfortunately cannot offer a refund or exchange.
2. Return Eligibility
To qualify for a return, your item must meet the following conditions:
•Item must be unused, undamaged, and in original condition.
•Must include all original packaging, accessories, manuals, and documentation.
•Must include a receipt or proof of purchase.
•Returns must be initiated by contacting our support team via email before sending anything back.
❗ Note: Custom-made tables, clearance items, and special orders are non-returnable unless defective or damaged upon arrival.
3. Non-Returnable Items
The following products are not eligible for return:
•Gift cards
•Custom or made-to-order tables
•Installed products (once professionally installed)
•Clearance or “Final Sale” items
•Items damaged due to misuse, mishandling, or user modification
4. Damaged or Defective Items
If your item arrives damaged or defective, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery.
We require:
•Photos or videos of the damage/defect
•A description of the issue
•Your order number and contact details
We will assess the issue and either:
•Offer a full replacement,
•Arrange a repair (if applicable), or
•Issue a refund based on the situation.
5. Refund Process
Once we receive and inspect your return:
•We will notify you via email that your returned item has been received and is under review.
•If approved, your refund will be processed to your original method of payment within 5–10 business days.
⚠️ Shipping costs are non-refundable, and return shipping is at your expense unless the item arrived damaged or incorrect.
6. Return Shipping
Unless your item was received damaged or in error, you are responsible for:
•Packaging the item securely
•Returning it to the provided return address
•Covering all return shipping costs
If your order included free shipping, we reserve the right to deduct our actual outbound shipping cost from your refund total.
7. Order Cancellations
You may cancel your order within 24 hours of placing it without penalty. After this window, we may have already begun processing or shipping your order.
•Custom orders cannot be cancelled once production begins.
•Cancellations after shipment are treated as standard returns and subject to shipping and restocking fees.
8. Restocking Fees
A 15% restocking fee may apply to:
•Opened items
•Products returned without original packaging
•Orders returned due to “change of mind” after shipping
9. Exchanges
We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange an item for the same one, please email us with your order number and issue description.
10. How to Initiate a Return

3.Wait for our team to provide a Return Authorization Number (RAN) and shipping instructions.
4.Ship the item securely with tracking. Include your RAN in the package.
