Payment Information

All prices are listed in U.S. Dollars (USD) and are subject to change without prior notice. When placing an order through our secure online shopping cart, your credit card will not be charged until your merchandise is shipped—except for PayPal payments, which are processed at the time of order placement.

We accept the following payment methods:

Credit Cards: Visa, MasterCard, American Express, and Discover

PayPal: Available for select countries

If we are unable to process your payment, please verify that your credit card details (number and expiration date) and billing information match your card statement. Any discrepancies may cause delays. If an issue arises, we will notify you via email or phone for further verification.

International Orders

We ship to most international destinations. You can use our Retail Locator to find an authorized Billiard Pool Table Plus or Poison dealer in your region.

To estimate shipping costs, add items to your cart and use the shipping estimate tool on the shopping cart page. You’ll need to enter your country, state/province, and postal code to view available shipping options and costs.

Fraud Prevention:

Orders shipping to freight forwarding services may be held for up to 72 hours for verification purposes. We appreciate your patience.

Signature Requirement:

All Billiard Pool Table Pro orders over $300 require a signature upon delivery. However, depending on the shipping provider, some packages may be left without a signature at their discretion.

International Taxes & Import Duties

Import taxes and duties vary by country and are not included in our shipping prices. These charges are the responsibility of the buyer and must be paid upon receipt, if applicable.

Order Processing & Shipping

Orders are shipped Monday through Friday, excluding holidays. Standard in-stock orders typically ship within two business days after payment authorization.

Exceptions include:

• Orders placed after 12:00 PM EST on Fridays, weekends, or holidays

• Orders requiring special handling, such as custom options (e.g., tip changes)

Express Shipping:

• In-stock, non-customized orders shipping via UPS Express placed before 12:00 PM EST will ship the same day.

• Customized or backordered items will ship via UPS Express once completed or restocked.

UPS My Choice:

Customers can sign up for UPS My Choice to reschedule deliveries and select delivery preferences.

Shipping Issues & Support

While rare, shipping issues can occur. If you experience any problems, please:

1. Check your shipping confirmation email for fulfillment partner details.

2. Contact us via the blue Help button on our website.

3. Call us toll-free at +1 (646) 943-9428) (International: +1 (646) 943-9428).

If your order hasn’t arrived on time or is missing:

• Have your order number ready and call us for assistance.

If your shipment arrives damaged:

Do not open the box or remove packaging materials.

• Contact Billiard Pool Table Plus Customer Service immediately.

• We will file a damage claim with the carrier, arrange a pickup, and provide further instructions for a replacement.

Address Changes & Package Redirections

To prevent fraud, UPS My Choice and FedEx shipment redirections initiated by customers are not permitted on our accounts.

If you need to redirect a package, please contact Customer Service to request a post-shipment address change.

• A $30 USD fee per tracking number applies.

• Requests must be made by phone at +1 (646) 943-9428).

• Address updates are subject to limitations and time constraints and are not guaranteed.
